We use Australia Post for all orders because they have the most delivery options. We can deliver to PO Boxes, Post Offices and Parcel Lockers.
We use reusable or recycled packaging materials wherever possible, because we deeply care about our environment.

We use Australia Post for all overseas parcel delivery. If you select a postal service with tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We apologise that we are unable to offer cheaper overseas delivery at this moment.

At Oz Fair Trade, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 150 days of purchase* (Items must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). If the purchase was not paid via Paypal, just go through our easy self-service return process:
- login to your account
- view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- click the Return Item(s) button
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
- You can return your purchase for up to 150 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If you requested an exchange, you can choose any available items with a maximum total price less than or equal to the full price you paid for your previous purchase excluding postage. Once you have notified us of items of your choice, we will send them out within 24 hours.
*Please note that shipments must be sent from Australia.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

If the products are damaged or faulty when they are delivered to you, please email us within 14 days of purchase, with photos and a copy of the invoice, and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s) at no additional cost to you, or give you a full refund.
